Antonio Gramsci was a great philosopher, a politician, but it was a young father. He was born in Ales, Sardinia, January 22, 1891. On July 19, 1926, just 35 years old, was imprisoned with a sentence 20 years: he had faults, he had not killed or stolen: the only reason why he was imprisoned was "to prevent his brain worked for 20 years." His only crime was to have fought against fascism, against a disease that if not defeated would forever compromise the freedom of his country, the people, and then his sons.

If it were not for fascism to destroy life probably would have told the stories aloud, and unwritten, arrived 10 would put the children to bed once and rolled up their blankets, he would sit beside them to tell him wonderful stories until they closed their eyes and they were blissfully asleep.
