In The Dark 5. Vogon
arrives for the Forty-first ep, the band in Milan. Five pieces of cardboard digisleeve rough, simple but effective. Five pieces that are positioned in that vast territory between Deftones and Tool, even if here and there peeking other tutelary deities, such as Nine Inch Nails and Isis last way. Nothing particularly new nor so refined, but overall did pretty well, the pieces work and the alternative voice in screams and melodic fluency. A skin I really like the tone of the scream and I like less than the melodic singing, but Sticazzi. I also like the choice of Italy: is true, too often in English becomes a cliche to hide behind when you have nothing to say.
said, it is inevitable that there is some ingenuity, the boys with the tools we can do (even if the melodic voice here and there out of place) but infuenze feel a bit too, lacks a little 'character. After that is the first ep, we're all, if it is true that the best debuts I've heard is also true that I have heard of much worse.
Last but not least: the pieces are licensed under a Creative Commons license. It 'nice to see that more and more people are realizing is that the future is now.
