Hanging Curtain Tie Backs

Ingedienti:
* Serves 4
* 300 g lasagne
* 200 g sausage
* 150 g mozzarella
* 150 g ricotta
* 3 eggs (2 boiled )
* tomato sauce
* Parmesan
* oil
* butter ;
* Salt
*

pepper Preparation:

Soak the lasagne, place a layer in a buttered pan, add the sausage fried in oil, peeled and chopped, diced mozzarella and ricotta, add the beaten egg with parmesan and pepper to add a few slices of boiled egg, sprinkle with the sauce and flakes of butter, make a second layer and bake for 40 minutes.
